I think no one can answer this question. Blow jobs are nice, but emotional connection is more important i think. Do you share some interests besides sex? Maybe focus on that a bit, don't forget sex tho.

There really isn't a "make him fall in love with you" tactic in the sense that you're thinking about. Falling in love isn't a process you necessarily do consciously. Can you facilitate it in certain ways? Sure, that's how a lot of wooing and courting works, but what wooing and courting entail is giving the other person the opportunity to get to see who you are and see if they fall for who they see. If he sees who you are and falls in love with you, it won't be because you did anything out of the ordinary to do it, it'll be because you're being who you are. If I met a girl who was naturally silly, loved physical affection, and was okay with days of just staying in and playing games in our underwear, I'd fall for her. Not because she's trying to woo me, but because that's who she is, and I'd fall for a girl like that.

To comment on the blowjob part, why are you doing them? Are you doing them because you enjoy giving him blowjobs and enjoy making him happy, or are you just doing it so he'll be happy with you? The former reasoning is fine; the latter isn't. If you're giving head so frequently, it should be because you yourself enjoy doing it for your own reasons, not just to make him happy.

You can't make him fall in love with you or not. In a way, that's not up to you.
