If she breaks eye contact first and looks down it usually means she is being submissive and may find you attractive/dominant. If she breaks eye contact and glares sideways it’s that she is unsure. If she breaks eye contact and looks up it’s a bad sign and she has just given you the ‘eye roll’ and she thinks she is more dominant/higher value than you.

Now if you break eye contact first it’s game over my friend- you have communicated that you think of yourself as lower value/submissive and lack confidence.

Of course there are many situations where this wouldn’t apply but use this as an indicator. E.g. she may subtly give you an eye roll but look down at her phone suggesting submissive behavior...

It would be kind of weird if she took this as a sign of confidence wouldn't it? Sure you could take the time to fix this and become comfortable with prolonged eye contact at a distance, or you could work on maintaining that same eye contact while talking to a girl. Body language is important, but really only the first step.

I did this the other day (I’m a girl) to a guy I find really attractive and I was so mad at myself afterwards because I feel like it implies that I’m not interested, but I am!! Sometimes girls just freak out when they make eye contact with someone attractive and if they’re shy, they dart their eyes away. If this person has made eye contact before/after with a smile, that’s even better.
