What is a "high value" guy in regards to getting hot girls?

Having a nice career is part of being high value. If you have a nice career and do nothing besides that, then it doesn't matter...

You could have all the $ in the world, but if you can't have a decent conversation, do you think you're going to score a hot woman? First off, you have to talk to them. Secondly, how do you think they are going to respond after you're the 100th guy that approached them and state "you're cute" ... you know how many guys told her that today? You must must must do something to stand out!

ie; Have a good job, go out do things, hit the gym, be social, go to events, have your own place, have hobbies you enjoy a lot. You need to get to a point where women are really secondary to your life. If you're not a complete person first, a relationship with someone else is bound to fail.

And no, value is completely different for females. A female gets attention by basically looks, whereas guys have to actually be more well rounded.

"Value" is a term to describe a social construct.

The social construct is one of security - or at least the concept of security; indeed, social security, financial security, and self-security are three big flags of value. If a man makes a great deal of money, but has poor spending habits and is a recluse, he may not be of as high value as is possible for him. Excelling in these categories (showing social influence, affluence, and high self-esteem) is the way to convey high value to not just women, but everyone around.

The trick is to tell people how great you are without ever talking about it. The best I've heard it described is "imagine Brad Pitt is dropped in a bar in the middle of nowhere, nobody knows who he is, and they don't care. What does he do to convey to the people in the bar that he's one of the most famous people in the world?"

Abundance is the key word. Figure out your abundance, and you figure out your game.

if you don't have game you're not going to get hot girls. I mean maybe if you're rich you can find a sugar baby, but I would feel miserable if I needed to spend that much cash to 'convince' a girl to sleep with me.

if you're looking at game as if it's work then go on Youtube and look up RSD Jullien's "transformation mastery" and "ten game" videos. As Julien points out, game is fun and addicting if you're doing it right. If you're trying to "reach" something and work for good game then you're doing it wrong.

Trying to get money or cars or any type of superficial status to get girls is one of the lowest value things you can do.

What is status

In my opinion status is the social value you have in comparison to the other people around you at any given time. It is one of the hardest things to keep rock solid at all times in comparison to things like your looks/frame/pick up skills because you’re environment/people around you are constantly changing which means your status is almost always fluid. Although there are hard exceptions for professional athletes, celebrities, musicians, exc, as they will be well known to most of the general population as high status figures obviously.

Status is not: the amount of money you make or your job.
Examples of high status: The tattooed bartender at a popular nightclub will be high status to a girl while she it out with her friend. While the yoga instructor teaching her hot yoga class is high status to her in that environment.

These people are social leaders in the environments. Put them in each others environments their "status" will not be as high as if they were in the environments where they are leaders.

Is hard to explain when a person is an “high value.” Btw, I’ll try to tell you my opinion/experience.

First step. Most male can’t recognize when a person is higher or lower then him in value. But girls does.
“High value” is another way to say “the most interesting man.” Think about this. Your career doesn’t care too much.
So how to be interesting? There are few steps, but remember that girls always have care of guys that don’t talk. I mean, is not about make her laugh or cry. The key is to make her do the first question.
There are so many possibility. The girl your trying to talking with, could be a friend/friend of friend/unknown etc. But she will always be interested to high value man. Or! A men than doesn’t talk too much.
So. In the end, career could be an improvement for your value. As you can understand, if your name is Johnny Deep no one is going to ghost you. But this is an exception. In other words, girls always look your words, not your job/money.
You can be a rich man, but girls are not attracted by you. Why? Because what really care is your behavior. So let’s start to be an high value man. Let’s talk less, let’s talk only when someone ask you. And when they ask, just reply with different words that they expect.
Ex: she: “how old are you.” You: “guess.” She: “25.” You: “You are so funny.” But don’t say your age. This make she understand that you are an high value man. Because you don’t want her to know your secrets.
Last and most important rule that I learned, is that you are not playing alone. Even if you are alone in a pub, you are not playing alone. This is what people call eye-contact.
Always ignore eye-contact. This make she guess that you are different. This make she think that you have something to say. Something that she want to know.
Is like enter a pub/bar with friends. Girls will always watch the highest value man in your group. And who is this man? The one that talk less.

Maybe I’m wrong. This is only my opinion. In my experience, this is what I learn to be a man. A real man. A man that is leader of his group.

Last thing. If you talk less, people understand your value. When you feel the value, you understand yourself. When you understand yourself, you start to act like an high value man. This make you understand people, act with wisdom. A man like this (Dale Carnegie say), cannot be a poor man; but a rich man.
