And the guy in me who hated having to take philosophy classes in college really doesn't want a rigidly defined mission statement. Can't be just be a bunch of random guys who have different goals but vaguely aligned interest in the pickup scene (however we see it)?

Why do you feel the need to put us in a box? This applies to pick up too - don't try put the relationship in a box. Just let it happen. I think it was Lovedrop who said this.

We are a subreddit, so most os us are/were nerds. Nerds who want to improve our social skills, especially with women. We break down the techniques into a methodology that we can understand and then apply it, learn, and give advice to other people.

We are different from the regular PUA community in the sense that our geekiness level is higher so basically the problem are our social skills

I want to improve the quality of my life.

Part of improving the quality of my life involves having sex with the best woman/women that I can possibly have.

Though honestly some parts of the "pickup community" weird me out, I don't see any reason to not just leave them be. I'm mostly here cause you guys give better advice about talking to girls than I see in most places.

I want to experience things I have yet to, and perhaps someday find "the one," who's manifested herself in my mind for so many years... though I'm not entirely sure the idea exists outside of my mind.

We are people who are having trouble socializing and putting ourselves out there.

We give advice on how to be confident on how to pick up girls, how to properly use hookup apps (Tinder, POF, Adult Friend Finder), how to pick up girls at the bar, how to look more appealing to women. Etc.
