First a couple of things, do you know who you are? I mean as a person. Are you well centered in who you are or who you want to be? Secondly, you should think about taking a break and finding yourself. It sounds cheesy but those who haven't found themselves yet have a tendency to feel empty no matter what success they meet with. You are so worried about finding an attractive girl that isn't a gold digger that you forgot to find yourself, it seems thats where you should start.

How do I go about finding myself? I work so much I feel like there isn’t time. Also upvoted, very good advice and you are 100% right, no matter where I work or what I make I feel empty.

I work so much
Here is part of your problem, money is great and all but if you have no time for yourself or you can't allocate your time for you and your hobbies (especially experimenting with hobbies if you have none) then you need to re-evaluate what is more important in your life and live with that decision.

I use to love learning languages, and picked up a few exotic ones but again / have no time for that anymore. I have been wanting to learn music production and mixing, maybe I can start there.

Language learning is a good start, pick up an audio book or a self guide language learning that you can do during your work breaks or listen to while you make your way to work. If it is a language that the locals speak practice greeting them with it. For other things that you may have an interest in try doing it. Let's say you like watching DJs play music. Try DJing, it's super cheap to get started with and you can just mess around on your computer or go to the music store and play with their equipment. Just an example. Maybe you're into cars, go to those car meetups and just get to know people there. Opportunities are endless when you keep an open mind and try new things outside of your comfort zone.

You don’t ‘find time’ you make time for your priorities.

You don't realize it, but you're seeing the matrix.
You're seeing how empty conventional achievements are. The sex is hollow. The salary doesn't mean much.
So the only thing that attracts you is the things that society says is bad for you.
You're the male version of the girl that only dates bad boys. You're the rich kid with every toy, who now does drugs in order to feel something.
I had a homie just like you.
Middle class upbringing. Started a good job. Girls threw themselves at him.
It was empty.
He quit his great job, his old life, and traveled. Not just a short trip, he expatriated. Gone for two years I think?
All those natural advantages he had were useless in a place where girls didn't care about his looks, and his skill set was not in demand.
He came back changed. He switched careers and works at a non profit. He knows what is important now.

Perhaps you date too many girls. Quit thinking of woman as validation for yourself.

That is probably correct as well. Please further explain

I don’t want to put words in his mouth, but I believe he means that you’re using women as a gauge of yourself. If you’re more successful with women, you think you’re a better person. If you happen to fail with women, you feel less confident, less whole as a person. There are two potential problems that can stem from this sort of thinking.
First, if you happen to fall into a dry spell with women, your feeling of self worth might all but disappear. The truth is that you are valuable, not your skills with women.
Second, it has a the potential to lead to codependency. If you find a woman that you click with in this state, there is the potential that you will become dependent on her. If something were to fall apart, you could find yourself unable to be your own , single person.

You need some therapy. Go talk to someone who can guide you through these feelings in person and real time.

I can see where you’re coming from and sorry that you’re feeling like this. The way you described yourself (looks wise) sounds like an attractive guy already. Personally, when I see a good looking guy, I never think about what his job is, how much money he has, etc. (Until we start talking etc). Even then, I know that there is a girl out there that will like you for you. If you don’t want a gold digger, catch some red flags early on (if she constantly asks you about your income, etc. RED FLAG).
When you see a girl that you like, do not right away flaunt your money in front of her. Sure, every girl likes to be treated now and then, but don’t give her any reasons to become a gold digger.
Find yourself. Go on a hike in the woods and land at a campsite. Take minimal food and supplies with you.
Leave your phone at home.
If you run into someone, tell them that you are off to find yourself, and you can’t talk until you return.
Light a fire, have some supper. Light a joint if you like. Then stare at the fire until you fall asleep under the stars.
The goal of all this is to give you perspective and time to meditate alone. It’s a long journey, it isn’t easy. Good luck.

Be interesting. Women of quality want a good experience not just a rich fit guy and if you can provide good experiences that engage her physically and emotionally then she'll be drawn to you.
So yeah find yourself and the experiences you enjoy for yourself then start inviting women to explore those with you. This is why dinner and movies are a shitty date.
Working all the time does not help you provide experiences that attract women to you. Maybe try toning down the wealth display and going without that crutch.

Read this book,
The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F*ck by Mark Manson.
I would suggest changing a bit of your mindset with women. You need to get to know a lady and check out her personalty before you conclude on whether she is a gold digger or not. I know that seems weird a time wasting but the work on investment is worth the effort.
Better yourself and talk to people for practice and also for the sake of learning different personalities, maybe you can improve on something in yourself. Then start again with finding a lady.
