The general next step is to invite her out to an activity or event or something to hangout. It seems that you have already built up rapport with her so this is really the next thing to do.

Basically just ask her out. Make sure in no uncertain terms she understands it's a date/ man to woman interaction, NOT PLATONIC. If she sees you as a friend, she'll treat you like one. It's better to be direct and find out now how much shes likes you then to be filled with anxiety and regret

Yup, coffee after the gym next time. If she has plans after the gym that day ask when would work for her? If she balks take it as no harm no foul and move on

I would not ask her out yet. I would make more small talk til she feels more comfortable and gets a better read on you. Find out what she likes and talk about it and see if you can incorporate what she likes into a date after a couple more little conversations. Whether it be a food she likes and you tell her you heard about a restaurant that has that or an activity she likes and see if she can show you how its done to build a bond or connectiom. I'm a lady, and that approach has worked best on me. If I get asked out too soon I feel like they just find me attractive and nothing more. But if they get ti know about me before they ask me out it shows they want more than just the sex lol. Good luck!

Idk if you’re trying to sleep with her just invite her over your place to talk about more whatever you guys start talking about.

Or if you really like her, continue the small talk until you feel comfortable asking her to grab a drink somewhere or invite her somewhere where you’re doing something fun.
