The problem isn't that you're becoming available, it's that you're probably switching modes. Early on you're just a guy living his life and they're drawn into your orbit. Then the moment you register ok she's into me you unconsciously shift into pursuit mode so you might be texting too much, butting in more effort, more emotional investment and that's when the dynamic changes. It's attractive when you're not chasing, and the second u start chasing it flips.

With the one who's into you do not escalate emotionally, escalate physically and in person. Less texting, more "come hang" etc. Keep the mystery alive by not being an open book. She already likes you, you don't need to convince her of anything anymore.

If you handle the one who's into you correctly meaning you're fun, a little unpredictable, not clingy and shit the neutral one will hear about it and her interest will likely grow on its own because women talk.

Your actual next step is simple. Stop thinking about next steps so much. Make plans, be present when you're together, don't text between hangouts more than necessary, and let them come to you a little. The moment it feels like you need something from them is the moment it dies.

i would say tread a little carefully because it's two friends. It can go very well or very bad depending on their relationship. I learned that the hardway. Went after the one that i thought was more into me, the one that i really wanted acted neutral and even encouraged me to go after the other one and then when i did, the other one was just playing me to get back at the friend. The one that acted neutral was actually the one that was more nto me but acting non-chalant.

If i were in your shoes right now, try to create events and things where you are hanging around these girls tbh. Texting thigns like "hey i know this good bar" or something like that. Whoever goes, then goes. Invite them both in a group chat. Then see which one is leaning towards you more at the bar. Invite a friend even if you think he can take the othe rone.

But this requires you to be more risky too. At the club/bar try to talk to each one 1:1, see who your vibing more with. The at some point pull the one you think likes you more to dance see if you can get some touches/kisses.
