If I want to get to Politics and Prose, do I take a left or a right on Connecticut? ...Matters where I'm starting from, doesn't it? That's why you're getting conflicting advice.
Ordinarily, I say to give a range. "Want to do blah blah this weekend?" This helps to elicit a straight yes/no answer, and you run much less risk of "I'm busy then, sorry" without knowing if she was interested but actually busy, not interested and lying, or not interested and also just happens to be busy anyways.
But, here's the detail that matters. She said yes already. Now you don't need the window to gauge her interest. Just pick a specific time.

Just pick a time. Don't overthink this stuff.

When you are setting up a date, you should have the date, time, and place already in mind. This way you demonstrate confidence and control, i.e. you know what you want and what you are doing to get it or as you put it "tight game."
If the date and/or time is a conflict with her, she should give a counter offer for date/time. If the date you have in mind is flexible, then you can except her counter.
If the date is a specific event that the date/time is not negotiable, then tell her sorry she can't make it, maybe next time and end the call.
If she doesn't give a counter offer, then tell her sorry she can't make it, maybe next time and end the call.

Give her 2 options. First the day and time you want to meet her, and 2nd the next best possible time that works for you. If she is unable to make it to either ask her what works for her between the day of the text and next 3-5 days, and then pick one.
Example: "I get off work tomorrow so we should grab a cup of coffee at 5:30 pm. If that doesn't work for you, then we can do X on <insert_option_2> instead."

I disagree with this advice.
I think you simply choose a date and time. If she is unavailable this date and time, she will let you know. Then ask her when she is available and you pick a new date and time.
This is much more alpha and in control IMO. Giving her even a few options is too beta IMO.

Your advice is good, but I don't completely agree with this whole alpha beta mentality prevalent here. For me, its not giving a fuck about menial things. Doing silly things to come off as alpha seems unnatural to me.
Here is the logic behind my approach:
If OP did a good job while #-closing, she will be responsive and choose the option to meet the earliest unless she is genuinely busy.

huh
none of that alpha/beta/control shit brah
just pick one date and time, that's best for you, and if she can't make it, then reschedule. Don't be an idiot and schedule like MONDAY AT 2PM LUNCH MOVIE, be considerate, know when people are generally free (evenings, thursdays-weekends) and you should be golden.

Give a single time first. If she's busy ask what her schedules like that week then work from there.

I've had the best luck with this method: 1) ask about schedule 2) ask how busy that is for her and if she wants to do something on that date.
example. What's your day like tomorrow? (she'll probably have a list of things) hmm...how busy is that for you? I wanted to take you out to x
it show's concern (which I think is good) but also dictating. I worry about this stuff a lot too, so I like to have a strategy.
