I've met her once, the date went great, she was into me and we ended it making out. I could tell she was very attracted by her body language, her subtle shyness, etc.

So, we scheduled for last Wednesday, she flaked and said she had a sonority event and that she'd like to meet up on Saturday instead (today), so I said that should be okay, but in the afternoon because I'm busy in the day. She texted me yesterday night and said "I'm not sure this weekend will work :( my grandma is having a surgery this weekend so I'm with my family, I'm so sorry, I wanted to see you, let's try after exams." I told her that it's alright, I hope the surgery and everything goes well, shoot me a message when you can and we'll work something out.

I don't even know when exams end at her uni, but it doesn't matter to me either way but I'm curious as to what this could mean, aren't girls a little bit more straight forward when it comes to saying they aren't interested? Not sure what to take from this. What do you guys think?
