So ive been going through IOIs, and just seeing how much they hold true.

Ive learnt compliements from girls dont always mean an IOI. (once a girl called me handsome, I asked her out, she didnt even bother to reply)

so another IOI im looking at is when a girl is mean to you. There is this girl, and she is mean. I wouldnt say mean as in makes you go home and cry but more jokey/banter. A friend of mine said she is nice to everyone but you.

Would you say this is an IOI?
