You ever see a chick walking down the street and you want to open her, but then you realize she’s talking on her phone and you talk yourself out of it because you don’t know how to interrupt her to introduce yourself without feeling creepy/rude/annoying and so you let her pass you by? Happened to me just now.

I’ve never had any luck trying to open a women who is actively talking on her phone to stop her convo and talk to me. I usually get end up blowing myself out. Any advice?
