You asked what she wants to do. You should know what's fun and what isn't, and make the plans. If she wants to deviate from those plans, that's fine.
And I realize you only asked because you want to be sure she has a good time... but it's like a date in that asking what she wants to do shows a lack of initiative on your part and puts the burden on her. It suggests you don't know what's fun in your area.

Also, you need to give her more space. After your question, you asked "Hello?" only a couple of hours later. This is a bit needy.
In fact, never ask, "Hello?" like... "are you there?" Of course she is. It suggests you are used to people giving up on you in a conversation. Rather, if you MUST see if she's even looking at your convo anymore, say something interesting. When you asked "Hello?" the first time after your question would have been a perfect time to say something like, "There is so much here I want to show you, but I want to be sure we don't miss out on something you'd like to do because you'll be here for so little time."

At this point, the situation might not be salvageable. I would recommend no contact for a day, then say, "Anyway, there is so much here I want to show you, but I want to be sure we don't miss out on something you'd like to do because you'll be here for so little time." And then give her more time to think about it... like a lot of space. Sending the message could be risky, though, if she's questioning whether or not she's even interested in visiting anymore.

You could change the subject, but you don't want to leave the question unresolved entirely or forever. I'd say the thing, and then maybe change the subject to something that's in the here and now... something more important than food but not so important that you fixate on it.

even if it is her fault that the interaction is boring and stale.... could be true could be not... it is your responsebility to make it interesting and on another note you should not care to much at all say something (or write) that you want to say or that is funny for you... you should not adapt to every girl you rather should sort the ones out that fit to you and have a good connection with them. Truth of the matter is, she is probably talking to 2-3 guys at once. She won't take the time to interact with you unless you make it worth her time. Everything you've asked her are dead-end questions that a robot could ask.

If you started with "I'm looking forward to when you get to Stockholm, I can't wait to show you (X, Y, Z)" you would of gotten a more emotionally invested response.

Girls going silent after pitching an in-person meetup is pretty normal. A lot of girls on dating sites just want text buddies/pen pals with no intentions on ever meeting up. This is why you need to already have a date set PRIOR to exchanging numbers.

She wasn't interested. That's it. If she can't hit the ball back, she's not interested in doing so.

You also seem to have been spending an awful lot of time on someone who doesn't even live in the same place you do. I would recommend focusing on someone you can actually see in person.
