Ever since I can remember I’ve always been the guy who approached girls and brings them over to either a fellow wingman or group of wingman. One thing I’ve noticed is that these guys will stand right next to a girl and not say anything for minutes but as soon as I open the girls these “wingmen” will jump in and attempt to hijack the conversation. I’ve literally approached girls of three but as soon as my friends conversation ends he(or they) immediately starts conversing while I’m with the girl.

Is it desperation or lack confidence because I got visibly upset one time but maintained my cool and started talking to another girl. And like clockwork his conversation drowned.
