Sacrificing your integrity by being overly polite and helpful is weak. If you are confident, you know the right time to be helpful, but you avoid helping people for the sake of getting them to like you. You also avoid helping those who take advantage of your helpfulness.

It's possible to be polite while still saying no to someone when it's appropriate. This is the difference between being a good guy and a nice guy.

Because you don't have anything else to contribute, you are not impressive as a person and nobody would like to be your friend, no one admires you. Do you try to get them to like you? Because you probably do, but you don't have the perspective to understand yourself and maybe you lie to yourself anyway.

do what you truly desire

if you really want to help someone not for some ulterior motive but you genuinely want to help them then just do it

don't do something or refuse to do something because you're afraid of how you will be seen

you already know who you are you're free to do whatever you want

If you're doing something nice for someone as a means to an end i.e., buying a girl roses from Cub Foods and a box of chocolates under the unspoken premise that in return for these items she will let you get on top of her, you're being a "nice guy" and this will not get you laid.

If you do something nice for someone because it fulfills a need in both of the parties involved without the expectation of reciprocation, you are being "kind" and people generally revere this.

Why is helping others needy

Because even though you don't realize it, you are only doing it get the girl to fuck you. Do you "help" every single person you see (homeless people, old people) or just hot girls? Think about it.

Also, even if you are a "genuinely good dude" (which you probably aren't) you still look like one of the million other guys just trying to get some pussy when you do "nice guy things."
