This isn't so much of a "what do I do when X" thread as much as it is a brain-storming, I know there's no one "perfect answer" for this.

Lately I've found myself in a few situations like this, where I've got two women who are friends/co-workers/acquantances both showing interest to me at the same time. A perfect example would be my local coffee shop. There's maybe 4-5 cuties who work there who I see regularly, and my charm is starting to work out on more than one of them. I'm afraid if I ask one of them out for a date, regardless of whether she says yes or no, I've blown it with all the rest. How have you guys worked with these kind of situations?

EDIT for clarity: I just left said coffee shop prior to writing this, my two "favorites" were working, both were giving me IOI's.
