It has only been a few weeks since I found out of my wife’s affair but my ex finally came to her senses and agreed to a settlement. It was basically the first offer I came to her with and that she said was a slap in the face. She originally wanted 12x what we just agreed to. It’s still not 100% done but I’m also prepared to go to court if this does not go through. I spent the last few weeks organizing financials and legal documents while she left the state to see the guy and party for a week. When she finally got back she was broke with no place to live and still couldn’t find a lawyer.
