So I tried to make things work. Which was another mistake I made. During that time my soon to be ex was maxing out our credit and finding someone else. My credit is so shot that I can’t get approved for an apartment. The house is in her name because I had “lost” my ID the day we went to sign the mortgage (which is another aggravating story). Since I’m going to have to represent myself in the divorce process. I was wondering if there are any legal materials I could read up on to help in this.
