Newly divorced last month it is hard. Don't leave the house if you own that hurts you. Find a hobby don't talk to her. I built a pc set and always had earphones on when she was home. If you have kids spoil them! And no talking to kids about legal things. Just say mommy daddy splitting.

Best thing take care of yourself physically and mentally I got a gym membership that helps out alot.

Long story short I kept my retirement she kept her and I got 5050 custody of my son! She was trying for everyone other weekend. You can raise a teenage 55 days of year. My boy needs a father figure more that.. I got what I wanted in court.

This place is good. Some cities have group meetings for divorce or grief. You will be ok. Just sucks now. Hope you are taking care of yourself

Reddit has been a real help. I’ve vented on the public forum and in the chat. I posted on my city’s sub reddit and have met a fellow divorced guy and we meet up to vent. I fear for my kids future bc she turned selfish. Feel free to sent a chat if you want. It sucks for sure
