It doesn't work that way. Even if you were to terminate all of your parental rights, you are still on the hook for Child Support for 18 years. And it doesn't matter if you two agree in writing that CS isn't required. Every single family court will enforce Child Support state guidelines because states are financially incentivized by the federal government to do so.

Also, ghosting your kid is a big fuck you to your kid and to society. Stop thinking of just yourself for just a minute and take a moment how your absence will affect your child. Children living in a fatherless home:

• 75% of adolescent patients in chemical abuse centers come from fatherless homes.

• Girls who live in a fatherless home have a 100% higher risk of suffering from obesity than girls who have their father present.

• Teen girls from fatherless homes are also 4 times more likely to become mothers before the age of 20.

• 85% of youth who are currently in prison grew up in a fatherless home.

You are legally entitled to 50/50. That is your right. It is unlikely to be 100% either way unless there is proof of abuse. Do not forget that.. She cannot get rid of you unless you choose to. It sounds like you care a lot about your kid. And that is where your focus should be. The world has a funny way of working out. The more she tells the kid something bad about you, the more likely the kid will hate her, given that you do your part, do not expect anything in return and live your life while doing it. Also in NJ, she cannot just up and leave the state. The burden of proof is on her and she will have to fight in court for that. It is a lot of money and time. Get a lawyer immediately to know your rights. You have more control than you think. I am coming from some experience on this matter in NJ.

You can do more than you think. You will absolutely be able to co parent. If you can get 100% problem solved. But if she wants to move with your daughter, it is unlikely she will want to give you 100% custody.
