Hey ladies,

If a guy asks you out really early as in you've only had a brief conversation and there hasn't been time to vet him or find out compatibility, do you usually write them off completely or is it alright to say you'd like to get to know them more first then see their reaction?

There's been some guys that ask me out really early and it's obvious it's because I'm the only person that's given them the time of day and they don't really care who they're dating as long as they're dating someone but there's another guy who has asked me out early and when I said I'd like to get to know him better he said that was no problem and hasn't asked again and hasn't pressed me on it.

Any advice/tips on navigating when you haven't quite decided if they're worth dating yet but have asked? What experiences have you had with this?

PSA: Our country is in lockdown, I would not go on a date with someone who asked to do so right now. These have all been hypothetical date arrangements for after lockdown but I'd also like some tips for if I just met someone out of OLD and clicked and if I should ask to get to know each other before a date or just go for it?
