Compared to other men's issues, I'm unsure on this one. I haven't seen direct evidence which demonstrate that family courts are outright biased against fathers.
I have seen others make arguments such as that father don't seek custody as much, and when they do they usually get it, among others.
Are there any meta-analysis and peer-reviewed studies which demonstrate this?
