In all honesty, the best thing to do for anti-feminists is to keep your head down in public and try to find ways to help true equality movements behind the scenes.

Women are afforded many protections and free passes, but anti-feminist women are going to get thrown to the wolves.

There is a lot of group think and hypocrisy in third wave feminism. If I was a woman I would be skeptical as well because it just is not logically sound. For example their embrace of Islam makes no sense. Feminism has morphed into blatant misandry with things like manspreading or banning men from peeing standing up being priorities. The rape culture stuff only scares men off from interacting with women in any way.

The men here have largely gone their own way. That would be my suggestion for you as well.

Meme-picture posts and maybe some blogs. You don't own the media and the corporations that do have a singular purpose in keeping people enslaved. One of those ways is to ensure men are financially enslaved to women via multiple routes all endorsed by feminism. Mostly for women it seems the media-attack is to make women feel fat, ugly, ashamed and to buy their corporate product to make it all go away. Most of that's make-up but a fair bit will be shoes & purses.

The truth is once women are adults it's already too late. The time to drill in these values to women is before they are adult. Most of what I've read indicates that by age 6 their concept of morality and cost/benefit values is pretty much locked in. If no one teaches girls by then to avoid doing the horrible things pushed by feminism it might just be too late.

Damaging to men and women? Yeah right. Women have long been silent and haven't done fuck all but talk, and not a single one has dared or would dare give up their rights and privileges over men, either in the past or at present. They have been evil in their silence and usurious and exploitative use and abuse of men and society, and they have done this with impunity, while still demanding more power and entitlements. Even the most outspoken "anti-feminist" is just playing damage control, and she still couldn't imagine sacrificing or changing anything for men, especially when that means she would lose out.

Presuming that you are sincere, lead by example. Eschew manipulation and if you marry, be suppotive and cooperative. Be a good team player. If you live well and are seen to be doing so, that will undercut feminism's argument.
