Here is the biggest issue I have with this article:

Basically the court considered that this put her on the spot, and made her decide in a rush. If it was any other legal binding document, it would be fair game, but women get pussy pass.

If you ever decide to get married, make sure you finalize and sign the prenup before the wedding date is set, she has a lawyer you are not paying for, and there are witnesses to the signing, who can confirm she signed voluntarily. Remove any plausible deniability.
