The no make up filter really uglifies the photograph to the greater extent than just not having make up. I took my own picture with no make up and applied that filter and it made me look 10 years older and took off my naturally high contrast features like long dark eye lashes and dark eyebrows and it made my skin sorta blotchy. So this filter is useful for getting over someone that's for sure but don't think it's 100% accurate as a representation of someone with no make up. FYI
