Wouldn't it be easier to put your child support money on a pre-paid card which at the end of the month gives you a report of what the money was used on? Also the money cannot be withdrawn from the card in the form of money transfers or cash so as to keep an accurate account of money spent. Any leftover money should be rolled over to the next payment cycle and deducted from child support costs for that month. This way the man receives a bill and he can see where the money was spent on: toys, books, pencils, notebooks, clothing stores {of his approval} so no luxury brands unless he personally signs off on it.
