Also, it's imo not a movement. It's a set of lifestyle ideas.

These lifestyle ideas here. A whole bunch of them lifestyle ideas; you couldn't do. And also alot of these lifestyle ideas, make no sense for women or aren't benificial. Becuase you as woman, faces different risks and have different innate wants (and strategies).
Check out this video, and you can see some of these differences listed by this men. They are innate, differences. And MGTOW has lifestyle ideas to deal with these differences/conflicts, from the male persepctive. But they make no sense for a woman.

Unfortunately, MGTOW is not a movement so no-one can join it per se, it’s just a simple lifestyle choice. You’re looking for r/mensrights if you’re after the Men’s Rights Movement, which is somewhat anti-feminist in nature but is considered to be progressive rather than traditional in nature. There’s also r/menslib which is a balance of feminist philosophy and men discussing how they’re being shat on. Also there’s r/theredpill for people who are more angry about the reality of today’s world.

If you’re progressive in your views go for r/mensrights and r/menslib. If you’re more traditionalist go for r/theredpill and r/redpillwomen

When it comes to this sub, it doesn’t explicitly say women aren’t allowed, so hopefully nobody will ban you for asking the honest question.

However, we’re not a very political bunch of people on the whole, we’re a practical bunch instead (giggity!). Even if a lot of laws changed and politicians started focusing on men’s needs rather than women’s, many MGTOW would still benefit from the practical approaches they’re already taking and would probably not change their minds.

I don't see why anybody should be excluded here. That's the way of thinking of feminism. I don't know if I have got much to say to you though. Other than give this. IF you are what you're saying and be a teenage girl I'd advice you to learn to recognize your instincts and decide whether or not to follow them. Basically MGTOW/ Red Pill is men who did the same thing. You will/ are meet(ing) men/ boys who you find irresistible attractive. Just read your instinct and try to picture it on our day and age. Humans have evolved/ developed to be very slightly independent on nature. Know that not "Alfa male" acting men are your best pick. Often they are useless thugs, criminals with a bad reputation. Often! Not always. AFAIK status is a "major turn on" for women. It's not so much for men. Yes status is a "thing" with men but for us it's a second nature. We men all know it's totally depending on the situation. I've mentioned this example elsewhere: a total loser in a bar who nobody pays any attention to is the alfa male as a fire fighter in a fire. That bar "alfa thug" will immediately submit to the simp and do what he's telling when he's caught in a fire and the previously simp is coming to rescue him. Male status is settled withing milliseconds.

Furthermore: with everything and everybody you'll have/ meet in your life, sooner or later you will feel a dissatisfaction. IMO women try to satisfy themselves with "form" more than men. With a partner f.e. it's a cliche in this ""community"" that every relationship with a woman is heaven for 3 weeks. 3 months top. ( I think that's the period written between the rib and the apple in the bible). You will have that too. My advice is, again, to take a step back and face your dissatisfaction. And in the case of a relationship with a man (assuming you're straight OC) ask yourself: is he my best possible mate or am I only doubting?

Realize one thing: you need a man. A man doesn't need you. Keep his n*ts empty and his stomach filled. Yes, use some sh*ttesting in the start to figure out where he stands his ground to pick your best possible mate. But know when to stop it. Now that doesn't mean you have to put up with everything. A good man will never intentionally or unwantedly physically hurt you. He will take pride in having you at his arm. And he will love you in a way you can ever love him. That's no offense. That's a fact. A man who truly love you will kill me if I harass you or die trying. A true man will hit on you twice: one time "no" could be a sh*ttest but twice no means no. And he will back off.

Your only asset is your looks. Men don't pretty much care about anything else. Yes, very blunt. But a fact. And your looks only last that long. Roughly between age 15 to 30 you look at your best. You'll be able to hook up pretty much any guy breathing. My advice: don't. Your virtue is a huge turn on for men if you can be modest. In this day and age even MGTOW men would IMO agree that having a few bedroom mates isn't a big of a deal for women. But is you have that 1000 c*ck stare you're only interesting to your cats when you reach the age of 40.

Last but not least: no tattoos, no more than 2 ear pierces per side. An umbilical pierce is on the limit.
