I think the woman is right here for once. The guy should learn to do these Chores by himself. She is basically telling him to GHOW. If he breaks up with her, lives alone and learns to take care of himself and his home without anybodys help thats the ideal scenario I think.

She's right he should move out and take care of himself... leave her at the door tho. As Think Before You Sleep said each person needs too bring different skills to the relationship, someone needs to stay home and take care of house duties.

Doing dishes, cooking and cleaning a bit are basic life skills, looks like the guy wants to live the tradcuck dream but had to learn it isn't possible the hard way, with today's women, you have to both pay for everything and do her job as well.

Juvenile males have to make a transition to self sufficiency to become actualized men. It is part of self growth. (Note that women don’t do this. They are permanent dependents. )

This transition is a very important part of male development. And while you might complain that it is something she will never do herself, her path is that of a consumer of resources and to pop out crotch fruit. That is what she is.

As a bottomless pit, she is probably correct in her assessment of him not being ready to provide in abundance. She’s evolutionary wired to be reasonably accurate on this. It’s pretty much a savant skill and implies no innate intelligence beyond that skill.

Even though her recommendation is purely solipsistic, she’s also not wrong that he does need to do this. But he needs to do it for himself, not for her.

While she does make a VERY good point that he should have basic life skills and be able to take care of his own place, there is a HUGE red flag. And that is.... She has assumed that this guys mom, who actually functions in the PROPER role of a woman in a marriage/home, is the root cause for her bf to not be able to do anything, thereby discrediting the woman's role. This is a logical fallacy, and a huge red flag.

And if this discussion caused that large of an argument, he needs to be rid of her, because it will be nothing but problems.

Okay, I will give her that it's true that some young dudes out there who don't know how to "fry an egg." Some can't even boil an egg. But they'll learn. She just wants to make sure that she got a helpful slave.

Financially helping ain't enough, he gotta help her with the chores. You know so that eventually he'll be do all chores for her when she nags. Once he has learned how to be a good slave, she'll have plenty of time and energy to cheat.
