Hmmm... good question! In 2012 when the law came out, I read that there were 4 fines written out in the first month in our capital city. But they never mentioned how the men were 'busted' iirc.
Edit: just found the news article again. It states they were caught 'red-handed' so an officer probably overheard it then.

Plenty of Chads out there are just normies, probably even plenty of uglies too. I think 'Chad' comes from some obscure 90s TV Show or something, where the BF was a generic Blonde douche, and possibly some other TV references. Hey now, every tattoo tells a story about her life and she wouldn't be who she is now without all she's been through. </sarcasm>
I have 3. One on my forearm in Japanese (I'm a nip myself) that says "there's light at the end of the tunnel" which I got after my ex wife asked me to leave and I went through some hard times for a couple years where I would run out of money on the 23rd of each month. My income was 67,000 and hers was about 8,000 which translated into my having to pay her alomst 1,300 per month child support (when my cheque was on average 3,500 per month at the time. Hard times indeed. Then once I got through it all I got an "EXCELSIOR" tattoo on my other forearm.
I have another on my shoulder which was a design my son made for me. I thought it would be awesome to honor him in that way even though it's not the best tattoo design I've ever seen lol.

Yeah. My aunt, what a train wreck. At 60 she decided, after never having a tat in her life, that she wanted one. Went for an African safari theme tat with animals. Loved it so much over the next 5 years spent 15 grand on tats of her husband's hard earned money, she has never worked a day in her life ... literally... Despite not liking tats in general, I do have to say the tattoo artist did do an amazing job, the work was beautiful. But by age 70 it was even more wrinkled than before and has dramatically faded. So now she has colored blobs all over her chest, arms, legs and tops of her feet.

Average women deserve to be called average.
Ugly women deserve to be called ugly.
This is called being objective, rather than subjective. Beauty is objectively measurable using specific metrics. Although some cultures have variations on the metrics of beautiful, they all generally adhere to the same mathematical equations. To say that all women deserve to be called beautiful, is to ask a person to lie and call a woman something she clearly is not.
