Glad you found us, and I hope you're OK. You're going to be in for a fun ride, but you'll be fine. The important thing is to find stuff you enjoy so you can have fun. After all, what is the point of life if its miserable?

You'll see some of us warn you not to get angry. We call that the red-pill rage. It's a real thing - accepting things the way they are can be difficult. Don't do anything rash and get yourself in trouble. After a while you'll calm down and make your peace.

After all that, many of us find hobbies and do the stuff we want to do. For me, that's working on electronics and fixing stuff. It's enjoyable and I don't have to worry about getting anyone's permission.

Another thing - don't tell anyone you are part of MGTOW. You'll just paint a target on your back.

Here is archive of one of the best content creators that was on a youtube. He himself deleted the chanel because MGTOWs need to move forward not to get stuck in one place spending all their time rewaching videos (he state something like that in one of the podcasts), but he was not thinking about new cemers who can find his content crucial.

This is content where you can learn the most about yourself, society's atitude thowards men in general and ugliness of iner female nature, the way that females see men and how they manipulate us.

Read or listen to the audiobooks of "The Rational Male" (version 1) by Rollo Tomassi, "Men on Strike" by Helen Smith, The Gentlemen's Book of Enlightenment by Oheen Imara, and "The Manipulated Man" by Esther Vilar. In that order too I think. And then, tune in to "Better Bachelor" and "Coach Greg Adams" on youtube and the "Tom Leykis Show" online. This is what I have done so I hope this helps bro. Keep your head up!

That's normal we all go through that but eventually you have to move on and focus on what matters yourself. For GYW if about that finding meaning outside relationships and external validation, is about finding that which makes you happy.

where do I start?

First, I'd recommend dumping that girl as soon as you can. She's no good for you.

But second, I suggest bearing in mind a lesson that's become very clear to me: Either you can love women or else you can understand women. But I don't think it's possible to do both.

That's not saying you should hate women. Because modern women are merely the collective product of the most sophisticated social engineering scheme in history, one aspect of which is feminism.

So, don't hate women. If you must hate anyone (which I don't recommend), hate the people who have done this to them.

But also remember that there's not much you can do to change things. The problems that society faces go far beyond just "correcting" women. The modern woman is a symptom; she's not the disease itself. The real problem is too big for any of us, frankly. And so, MGTOW allows us to pursue our purpose and our passion, to focus on the things that are not too big for us.

Therefore, I recommend focusing on what you can accomplish. Get a promotion at work, learn useful new hobbies, start your own businesses, etc. The energy you would pour into a relationship with/marriage to a woman rightfully belongs somewhere else. So place it some place else. Concentrate on improving yourself a little bit every day and don't ever allow a woman to rise above your third or fourth priority, at most.
