Magistrate encourages domestic violence targeting men

An Australian Magistrate (female) has encouraged a woman convicted of theft and distributing invasive images, to take her rage out on her male partner. The news article, which refers to the man as a "love rat boyfriend" published the following quote.

"Magistrate Teresa Anderson said Schneider should have taken out her anger on her boyfriend.“Your rage really should have been at your partner, he was the one that was cheating on you,” she said."

According to the article, the enraged woman attacked her male partner. Charges of domestic assault were not persued by police or mentioned by the magistrate, the only criminal charges persued being the posting of naked pictures of the other woman by Schneider.

This "girls locker room" approach to domestic violence by the "girls club" apparently views women violently attacking their cheating male partners as appropriate and is encouraged by female magistrates.

Australian guideline for the publishing of comments about victims of domestic violence ("love rat boyfriend") were ignored by the news editors (female) as the victim was male.

Pretty disgraceful that coming from a Magistrate/Judge, basically encouraging violence against men.

Also, how do they know that the other woman didn't know about the man already having a girlfriend? She most likely knew as they were staying in a hotel. But of course, everything is the man's fault again.

You'll notice the sympathetic ear the magistrate (female) gave the female perpetrator.
You'll notice the sympathetic sentence the magistrate (female) gave the female perpetrator.
You'll notice the sympathetic ear the media outlet (female journo?) gave the female perpetrator.
You'll notice the un-sympathetic ear the media (female journo) gave the male victim (love rat).

You'll notice the female perpetrator was guilty of (and admitted to) a number of offences:

Drug possession (ice)
Theft
Use of a telecommunication device to harass.
Revenge porn

As always, just flip the genders. Imagine the scenario. A man, unemployed and high on ice, forces entry into a hotel room where he finds his girlfriend in bed with another man. He steals her mobile phone and then searches through the phone to find intimate images of her engaged in sex with another man. He then distributes those images and videos to others in an attempt to embarrass her. What would the magistrate do?

What the actual fuck.

in the past i have had a lot of female friends and the way the talk about men is absolutely vile and repulsive.

When i attempted to talk about the abuse i experienced in my last relationship people literally laughed in my face and told me to man up and grow a pair of balls.

I know its literally pointless to try to talk about my experiences because women literally find it hilarious that this stuff happens to men.

Let's reverse the situation.

If I found a partner cheating on me with somebody else.

Why should I be mad at the dude she sleeps with?

It's not his fault, she is apparently more than capable of going behind my back, so he might not know that she is in a relationship.

The magistrate said she should have been angry at her boyfriend for cheating on her. I think everyone should be angry at their partner if they cheat on them. Is that not okay?
