According to the DA’s Office, when meeting with police, Rodriguez played self-edited portions of the recording to convince authorities she was a victim of a sexual assault. Upon reviewing the phone’s contents in their entirety, police learned that the recorded evidence confirmed that Rodriguez engaged in consensual sexual activity with the victim.

She was plotting this from the beginning.

Thank God she's an idiot with only the most shallow understanding of the technology she was using.

I will take any good news where I can get it at this point.

I hope that the criminal justice system (and society at large) starts taking false accusations more seriously.

Every day, men are terminated from their jobs, expelled from school and incarcerated in jails due to false allegations.

It is a serious problem that society refuses to take seriously!
