This has to be reckoned with at some point: An upset woman does not require moving heaven and earth to accomodate. A woman feeling threatened does not equal a woman in danger, and it is madness to try to arrange things so that no woman feels threatened.

How do people do that? The story is suggesting this college fucked over an innocent man deliberately. How is that taking all steps to prevent all conceivable harm? In what possible world is that even not an abuse of duty of care? these colleges are not trying to prevent harm in any way whatsoever. so why pretend they are?

This really needs to stop being spread around until someone at least names the college. This has the potential to backfire horribly. Why would she not name the college? What the hell is the point in even telling the story at all? Wouldn't she WANT people to know about this? No one can take this seriously unless the college is identified.

How has anyone not read enough to understand this is sourced from a law review written by an attorney based on her dealings. She doesn't name names because she is attorney and won't put her client/whatever 's out herself.
