Sounds to me you are spitting upwards. Women have been raised with the notion ever since they were little that they are the victims. It's insanely hard to change that.

Instead of trying to say women don't have it bad (they actually do in some areas, but their problem is social and biological, not systemic), just bring up male issues when it's relevant. I don't suppose you talk about having children often, but when something do comes up, say you will not let the doctors circumsize your son, as it is a human right violation in your point of view (hopefully). When she wonders why are you inviting her to a business meeting with a women (if applicable based on your job), say that you have to be careful of false rape allegations, etc..

The point is that you shouldn't force a handful of red pills down her throat this way. And saying that both genders have it bad is more effective than just saying that women have it great in areas that men don't.

Also tell her that if she wants to earn as much as a man, then work in as high paying positions as men, act as competitively as men, work as much overtime as men, take as much and not more sick leave as men, retire at as much a later age as men, ask for a raise as frequently as men, etc..

Talk does nothing. Women lie as they breathe, so they don't trust the spoken word. It needs to be demonstrated to them physically, with evidence... with proof that cannot be contested which nudges them towards a corner they cannot escape from. Who she really is deep inside will decide her reactions to the evidence and you.

Women need to be taken by the hand and guided to the mirror where you show them reality for what it is. Most effective is when you show her herself, raw and naked. Some relationships will not survive her painful growth process that occurs after this.

"Happy wife, happy life" is not just a funny meme. It's an unfortunate truism. It's a generalization, because it's generally true, and men find humor through the pain of the experiences, and we grew from it. It's true more often than not, a humorous reminder and a stark warning to other men.
