Well technically Sanger wasn't a feminist. From what I've read she talked about astroturfing feminism with her progressive voluntary eugenics program, which is what happened. Feminism wanted better reproductive health and control the progressive voluntary eugenics and population program gave them that, so that's how the progressive choice/voluntary eugenics and family planning became synonymous with feminism.

Sanger also disagreed with the Nazi eugenics program, she favoured state promoted voluntary negative eugenics while the Nazi instated state coerced positive and negative eugenics.

EDIT -Oh to answer your queation, if we had a Sanger in our history, they would call us all KKK Nazi misogynists.

Well, many feminists do take every opportunity to smear the MRA by association with the most unsavory characters who might have identified as MRAs. Case in point, Jessica Valenti using George Sodini as an example of an MRA.

Apparently in a conversation I had with a pro-choicer, they said that Sanger being a racist and targetting African Americans with abortion was a big lie. I didn't really care since the conversation we were supposed to be having was to do with Planned Parenthoods current status with it being defunded.

The feminists would say that the agendas of those groups would be necessary evils that society must deal with in order to further the causes of women.
