what does it tell you that the spanish govt wants shared custody for pets but not for children !!!

this is the same spanish govt that allows abuse of DV funding whereby a wife will make an accusation, husband goes into a police cell overnight, triggers EU DV funding for 11 months for her. then husband is released, and they both enjoy the new money given to them.

EU demands spains stops this abuse and spain gives them the middle finger...
