Whether this article, or the one of her getting a month suspension, the overwhelming majority of commenters aren't giving her a pass, and are in fact pointing out the double standard of him getting kicked out of school and her getting only a month suspension (all while TT claims to have a zero-tolerance policy.)

Alright, dig it. This is the case I was thinking about when I made the other comments. About no longer being a threat. The old man is doing life in prison right now. He shoots the kid in the white in the head, chases out the other kid. Kid in the white no longer a threat, old man gets new gun and kills him. Yes he was just a part of an armed robbery, but no longer a threat. So the old man goes to prison. Is it right? In that situation no matter if it's a male or female that throws the first punch I believe one is supposed to snitch to the administration. As they both had a lot to lose. He says she hit me, they discipline her. That's as good as it gets. She wasn't a threat if she was, then defending himself would be justified.
