Hello ladies! I hope everyone had a good week. Let's continue to reflect on ourselves.
I listened to Brian Tracy's audiobook "The Miracle of Self Discipline" again this week, and it gave me some great reminders that are also applicable to relationships! Here are his nine disciplines that contribute to overall self-discipline:
- Clear thinking
- Daily goal-setting
- Daily time management
- Courage
- Excellent health habits
- Regular saving and investing
- Hard work
- Continuous learning
- Persistence
And I think our 10th, for this sub, would be the "discipline of love".
I think women are too obsessed with "feeling in love" and they don't realize that "love" is a verb to begin with. It is an action. It's something you DO for the person who gave you those feelings to begin with (or your children, family, friends, etc). When you GIVE love, even when you don't feel like giving it or would rather complain and nag...you receive it back tenfold...:)

Have a lovely week everyone :)
