I recommend getting Reddit Enhancement Suite and tagging users you like to follow. It cuts out the signal to noise ratio immensely

While I don't agree with all the random posts,I believe some of them are important. Sun Tzu (paraphrased/butchered) said: "know yourself and know your enemy". I think its important to understand some other stuff not directly related because it gives you a better idea of a larger picture. With more tools at your disposal,the better you can craft.

As everyone has mentioned, with 46k members, you're not all gonna have everyone talking about the same thing.

However, with regards to this quote:

I found these things all help switch you to a redpill way of thinking. If you're trying to 'convert' to an RP mindset and all you've got to read are feminist-written articles, you're gonna think TRP is a load of shit. These posts help remind us that we aren't just "angry virgin neckbeards who advocate raping women" or that we get pushed into the same boat as conspiracy theorists, and that this level of inequality exists.

To properly believe in anything you have to challenge your beliefs. TRP, on paper, is a difficult belief to hold, especially as we've all been taught our whole lives to treat women a certain way. These articles make the pill a lot easier to swallow, as when I then try to challenge what I think sounds 'extreme' or 'mean', I take a look at these and know I'm doing the right thing.

trp is not about "improving yourself" - you misunderstood something. trp is about how male-female dynamics work.

the nigel evans link fits trp in so far as it leads to a reminder that escalating always has the risk of getting falsely accused by rape afterwards, if you were so unlucky to have hit on a closet feminist.

I mostly just look at posts from endorsed contributors. However a lot of the best posters no longer post much any more, who were around when the sub was under 3000 members. I quite enjoyed the epic field reports from back in the day, which there seems to be less of nowadays.

I tend to look at the "new" section, and TRP seems to be mainly patting ourselves on the back- "I fucked a slut, we're the be" sort of thing.

I'm not saying that TRP philosophy doesn't work, I'm saying that this sort of thing should be on /r/TRPcirclejerk, unless it has something productive to say about TRP theory.

Edit: also, I would put the meta tag on this, not TRP theory.

TRP is not sexual strategy, its a broad understanding of sexual dynamics in our modern society. TRP is a way of understanding our world, the sexual strategy is born from that understanding.

The feminist stuff is heavily related if you have done your reading.

IMO, TRP tries to do its work by putting facts and information out there for other people. Its hard to avoid feminist bashing when all the facts and most of reality directly contradicts what feminists say and make them appear to be total hypocrites and liars.

We're not actively hating on feminists: they're just hurting themselves by lying. In the words of Frank Underwood, "There's no better way to over power a trickle of doubt then with a flood of naked truth."
