Six months since starting, huge improvements, very happy and so's the whole family.

Few little details I'm still bad at though, particularly banter. I realise now she loves it, and listening to the way she is with her dad makes it so obvious, calling him names, getting called shit back, giggling. I used to get butthurt, it was pathetic. Much better at dealing now, and she responds well, but one always gets me, and it's always a varient of:

"off you go then.."

"there's nothing keeping you here"

I know (now) she doesn't mean it, and I've either ignored or responded with things like, 'after you', but it keeps coming back.
