Distinguish shit tests from outright disrespectful comments. Agree and amplify the former, ignore or not tolerate the latter.

But that's the symptom. She shouldn't be critiizising you like that. You need to show a SMV higher than hers. Read the sidebar. Lift. Throw sone dread game.

She is losing respect for you. A woman just can't love a man which she doesn't respect. Increase your SMV, use dread or just leave the relationship. If you fail to do that, it will get worse.

If a&a isn't working and you feel she's being malicious, you can look her in the eye and say (stoic, not emotionally) "that's enough. You're being disrespectful and I will not tolerate it." if the next thing out of her mouth is anything but an apology, don't argue, don't explain, don't bargain, flip the dread on and ignore her by doing something else, like leaving in your car, going to fix something, whatever. The trick is not seeming butt hurt and that comes from maintaining a dominant frame.

Dread. Distance yourself and tell her stories, preferably true stories, of women appreciating you and showing interest. You'll go back to her only when she decides to show some respect.

First is it advice, or is it actually criticism? Her saying "you would look good in ****" or "your hair looks bad that way, but would look better this way" is more so advice than full on criticisms. You know, productive means of communicating her thoughts. If shes just like straight up "that type of shirt is ugly" "your hair looks like shit like that" etc. You're dealing with not only a bitch, but a bitch without even a slight amount of respect for you. You should demote her to a fuck buddy and quickly forget she exists. There are other women out there that won't treat you like shit and provide equal (or most likely more) amounts of sex.

Read "When I say no, I feel guilty" there are several methods outlined and demonstrated in this book, that you should have read already, that deal with taking criticism in such a manner.
