I know where you are going. You are thinking of potential jurors. The problem is, it's a crapshoot. Some jurors will accept that as a defense, but trad-cons and feminists will likely not. I think challenging whether she was drunk enough will depend on the evidence.
Other than that, I do not know what else may work, unless your client and the woman have an ongoing, prior sexual relationship. A man who has sex with a woman who is any way impaired is monkeying with dynamite.

the point is to ultimately show she could consent, and did, or that your client had sufficient reason to believe she could.

Stay away from drunk girls. Not worth it anyway. Otherwise save text messages, pictures, have witnesses that saw her leaving and know how much she had -- just save as much data as possible, preferably in the cloud.
