I do not understand what I am doing wrong. Maybe these fickle bitches are like that with everyone.

I can pick up numbers all day but this doesn't mean shit as girls give them out like candy.

Sounds like you talk to fifteen chicks for five minutes each, get their number and fade - which is retarded. Pick a chick you like, flirt / dance with her for an hour or two and take her home to fuck. Talk to chicks only when you wanna fuck them - I'm talking about real-time. Other than that, get digits only after you fuck em or if you absolutely must leave.

Talking to chicks to get their number and leave is setting up yourself to fail before you even begin.

That 100% flake rate is a bit high. Something's going on.

If my hunch is right, this should be easily correctable and is caused by your text game. Let's see a couple typical interactions, i.e. you got the #, you say this, she says that....date day comes, she flaked. How does it typically go, with a focus on what you'd usually be texting to each girl? It will let everyone give you good tips on improving what you're doing already.

Are you texting them actively after you get the date set up? Over-texting can lead to flakes and general attraction nosedives EASY. Are you allowing the possibility of flaking by offering to "confirm" on the date day? It's ridiculous how much better you can look as a man just by shutting the fuck up sometimes and not paying them any special attention.

How is your text game? You didn't talk about how you were communicating with them once you got their numbers, just that you set up coffee dates where they all flake. Do you not flirt with them or communicate in a way that makes them comfortable with meeting you?

Maybe show a little more investment in them (maybe you're coming off as someone who blatantly goes through the motions just to get laid?) before you get their number. Do you connect on a specific topic or viewpoint? Find something in common that you could discuss further on a date, and then get their number.

What do you have to offer? Maybe they do have inflated SMV and are looking to be treated to more than just coffee.

Do you always pick the same location for the date, or the same activity (i.e. coffee)? Change that up, see if they keep flaking.

Do they know each other? These sorority girls may gossip and get word around about you if you're going for girls from the same sorority or if your school/campus is small.

I would try two things: 1] Go get coffee by yourself, at the commons, cafeteria, wherever coffee is sold that will hold a lot of people. Sit by yourself, or if you spot someone from a class, go sit with them. Stay there for a while, doing some light reading and sipping the coffee/whatever. Do this with some regularity; anyone that nods or waves, invite them over, not necessarily to converse, but at least just to share the space. People will get used to seeing you there; anyone that you can go over notes with from a class, invite them to go with you right after class- not at some indefinite time in the future.

2] Same with chicks. Don't text any more chicks for coffee at some future time; hit them up on the spot- let's go now. If you can't go now, don't even bring it up. It's no surprise that you'll get turned down, on the spot, cuz people are busy, but they're not all busy all the time.

Remember, we're just looking to break the logjam, to get your batting average up above zero.

You aren't making them emotionally invested in you before you get the number. Like you said, girls give out numbers like candy, even to guys they don't like just because they feel bad or to make them go away. For girls to actually take time out of their day and meet with you, you need to make some kind of connection (shared interests, similar taste in music, favorite food, whatever). Be interesting. Stop thinking looks are everything. Maybe if you were 6'4/250 lbs and looked like Ryan Reynolds they would be, but you're not.
