For those of you with slave girls, OLTRs, etc, do your girls rely on you (dick/attention) for the majority of their validation? Or, do your girls demonstrate competence/success/self-esteem to provide themselves with their own validation, and they come to you with genuine respect/admiration of your character/leadership?

I ask because I’m tired of my girls looking to me all the time for their validation. How do you attract and maintain a thirsty slut that doesn’t “need” you?
