Your neediness is coming from a lack of confidence within. You need a woman to validate you because you know yourself you aren't putting in the work. Aim to be too busy to even think about texting a woman.

1)She doesn't care about you,only how you make her feel,and what you can do for her.

2)if she finds a "better" guy she thinks she can get.....

She will flip the switch,resent you,make your life miserable,cheat,use you for betabux,and drop you on a dime.

For me, what REALLY killed my neediness was my first serious break up: going through a year+ long LTR and being the one that ended it.

After mustering up the balls to break up with a girl I had been dating for a long time and actually cared about, and come to grips with my decision afterwards, every day women are literally nothing to stress over. Once you go through that emotional roller coaster of being dependent on someone emotionally, to being the person who ends that relationship, and coming full circle to be happy with your decision, you realize that you’re totally in control.

Now obviously this may not be the only or ultimate way to lose your neediness - this just happens to be what happened in my life.

Get cheated on and then you’ll realize that women aren’t all that. My mindset shifted once I began focusing on myself first. Be comfortable and happy with who you are and that way you’ll be more confident and not crave validation from others.
