If she's going out to drink with her female friends that's fine however, she gets invited by a group of guys. By ltr guidelines she should have either invited you to go or refused. If she goes by herself and doesn't invite you I call that disrespect. Dependent on your level of risk tolerance I would demote her to plate or just dump her. I personally have no patience for mind games and demand total respect. If more men had this mentality bitches would know not to fuck around

Like Paul from Apex Mindset says, jealousy is your friend. It's literally your anti-cuck defence. She's telling you what she's thinking about doing (or has done) and your stomach has responded the way it should.

If she's this far gone I'd say it's too late. Demote or detach and move on.

Also, next time you're vetting a girl for an LTR, consider planting the seed of "no girls nights" early on as part of the vetting process.

Use the 'statement of fact' technique:

"I would never be in a relationship with a girl who has girls' nights at bars, clubs and parties when I'm not present."

If she views you as her best, her hamster brain will get to work and all of the sudden she'll lose interest in that activity. If not, she's not that interested in you or you have different priorities.

It's up to you to reinforce that boundary and soft/hard next her if she breaks it. A boundary is only real if it's acted on.
