I've been working on overcoming my approach anxiety and recently tried talking to two girls at a concert. One mentioned she had a boyfriend, so I moved on, and the other declined to share her socials, which I respected.
I'm not focusing on these specific instances, but I'm wondering if it's normal to doubt my ability to talk to girls in person as this isn’t my first time approaching. Despite my efforts, it’s only worked twice in numerous attempts. This pattern makes me feel less inclined to continue making cold approaches the more approaches I do.
Is this a common experience?
