How to answer that question:
1) Stand firm, be sure of yourself.
2) Have absolutely no fear.
3) Say exactly what it is that you want to do.
4) Don't look for her approval or for her feedback (ie, don't say "...if that's okay with you"). This is all on you. This is what you want.

Maybe instead of just asking if she wants to do something, actually make a plan. That way, she'll know your intention. Lunch, coffee, dinner, movie, video games, skating ect...

Then you can go from there with your kino, escalation, and close.

Keep her investment low, say you are looking for someone to go walking in the park with. Something non-chalaunt.

If she isn't complying you should run a "yes ladder" getting her to do what you want is a game of finesse. Go online and research some routines for complacency.

Always be confident when a girl asks something like this, it's a shit test.

Don't ask her if she wants to do something. Be assertive. Tell her you're going to get together.

Example from my life:

I met a woman in line for Starbucks. We had a conversation about movies as the Oscars were approaching. Toward the end of the interaction I said, "That's it, I've decided, you're going to be my +1 at the film festival downtown next week". Simple as that. There's no "Hey so do you maybe wanna go to this film festival?

use humor.. say that you are going to take her to the police station and sue her for being so darn cute.. or say that you are going somewhere/do something and you want to take her with you to enjoy the act OR and the best one yet say that you want to show her something and dont tell her what.. and then when it comes to "what" it was say that you (uptional: show her your penis and laugh about it) were just lying to get to know her better.. simple! AMA i'm pretty good .. spent 3-5 hours every day for 1 year reading and studying and now know every step along the way.. i mean every .. AMA and i most likely know the answer..

She's getting mixed messages, which is good. Don't be direct or explicit with her. Tell her "To have some fun with a cool person!" or "You gotta get out of your head and live in the moment, missy". Things like that.
