How are you using frame control?

The frame control is created on the premise that the person with a stronger frame will always win over a person with a weak frame and you have a weak frame when you need something from the other person (maybe you want her to like you - this is a weak frame).

If you go to a market and you want to buy tomatoes, you have a stronger frame than the vendor because you have the option to go to another vendor, so you don't need something only from him, you have the option to go to another vendor... this gives you a strong frame. Frame control is a balancing act.

I learned the simplest way is energy control combined with outcome independence. Harness that and the frame controls itself.

Best way to describe it is I am maintaining "life is easy" energy. I'm not giving off "struggle energy" or "try hard" aura.

It started with dumbing myself down. A lot. Now I talk about simple things in a fun and nonsensical manner with a smile as if I'm just coasting easily through life, with no care if I get somewhere with the person or not. The separation from possible outcomes corrects the tempo, tone, and non verbal aspects of frame control.

You can use this in all interactions. Let's say I'm trying to find a store in an unfamiliar mall, so I ask a female worker at Macy's for help.

I could simply ask her "excuse me, could you point me in the direction of hot topic"?

Since I want to hold the frame that I'm the male and shes the female, I dumb it down and make it unique; "hello, I lost my way after lovingly checking inventory at Victorias secret, I can use guidance to top hopic"

I am but I'm not. I like arguing so I can argue with like 90 % of women in a fun bantery way. But that's legit my personality. I like confrontation. I could list out argumentation strategies but if you don't want a mouthy woman then it's not worth it. You're just gonna end up resenting her.

Frame control is kind of a terrible way to describe having consistency in your statements and actions. This is important but I wouldn't describe it as a specific thing you do . It's a thing to keep in mind.

For example , if you said you like rap music you should be able to name 5 rappers. If you like books you should have some book you read in the last 6 months. Stuff like that. Don't just say things if you're not prepared for a follow up.

And when it comes to women don't just blindly agree or disagree because she'll definitely catch on that you don't have any foundation for what you're saying.

It’s about creating mindset that would help you control situation and reach for your goals eventually. For example you want your girl to be respectful and engaged. If she keeps on denying you and being passive all the way, you won’t let it snowball towards even poorer dynamics, but make some comment about it and try to steer your relation on proper path or leave it if she doesn’t follow. Good frame will spare you lots of effort and time, disappointments, emotional hangover, wasted resources, destroyed self-esteem etc.
