I’ve got an issue that makes me feel bad every time. I’m a guy in my 30s, and I don’t have any problems getting matches on Tinder, but here’s the thing:

The first contact by text often goes really well and things move quickly. The first date goes great, I kiss the girl, we hug, we hold hands, etc... Basically, everything seems perfect. But the problem comes after, between the first and second date. I feel like there’s no communication from her after that. I’m the type of guy who needs reassurance, so if after the first date, she doesn’t message me or talks in a less intense way, it really bothers me because I feel like she’s not the same person as during the date.

A concrete example from my last date (which was amazing for me):
I matched with a girl on Tinder, and we chatted for 2 hours in a very intense way. It got so intense that we quickly started talking about sex and getting excited. Without hesitation, she invites me to her place the next day. We had multiple sex, then a long conversation over drinks (because it wasn’t just a hookup, we clicked on a lot of things). I stayed over, had breakfast there, we cuddled, kissed, a lot of tenderness… Basically, 24 hours of intense affection, never had something like that. I am supposed to see her again next week (nothign planned yet), but now I feel like the communication isn’t the same at all. Maybe I’m being too intense, but if I don’t get my little “good night” message or a small text during the day, I start to imagine things. Should i ask directly to her, if she is really interessted, or it's too soon, I'm afraid of coming across as a psychopath who's too eager.

Does it happen the same way for you guys? After a first date that went really well, do you think it’s normal to go a day or two without texting, or is there something wrong? I probably get attached too quickly... i am a weak man lol
