When you see woman with a friend, or with a group. You need to shift your thinking from "approach girl" to "approach group".

When you approach a group, you need to address the group as a whole. So think about openers that make sense. What could you say to a group in this setting that is logical and likely to yield a positive or at least neutral response?

Get used to thinking about this. Try to come up with various openers for groups you see in different settings when you walk around in your daily life. What could you say to that group? And what about this other group near the Gelato place? As soon as you get used to coming up with such openers relatively fast you will feel much better about approaching groups.

You usually also need to speak a little louder so that everyone in the group will turn and listen to what you have to say.

Hey bro. Take it step by step. Try rating from 0 to 10 the situations that scare you the most.

For me e.g. 1 would be looking and smiling at a girl in the street while wearing sunglasses.

And idk, 8 would be approaching a group of three and asking for the number of one of them.

When you have your ratings clear, start off with the low hanging fruits and slowly but surely increase the difficulty.

I used to be like this too but honestly no one gives a f about how you move, you scared to be rejected in front of everyone but even if you do they will forget about it in the next 5 mins. You gotta be the dude who don’t care who’s looking and will still move how he wants to move

You can have 'intent' when you're generally comfortable with the attention, can channel some charisma/enthusiasm and can see they're receptive/engaged because of it.

You don't particularly need to be 'attractive' or enticing unless you're asking for something. There's nothing wrong with lacking social skills, being anxious, nervous, learning, trying - it's only when you're trying to make it sexual without the proper foundation it becomes a problem and people take issue.

You accept where you're at and work on that foundation. It's working on 'not holding back' - loosing up, unstifling, unfiltering, being present, relaxed, grounded, etc. speaking your mind freely in situations until you're not so tense and defensive, relax and enjoy yourself, impart some joyful, attractive energy, then you can start mixing in 'intent' when women actually like and are receptive to what you're doing.

If you take the 'risk' and 'stakes' out of it, which shouldn't be there regardless, it's just learning to observe and comment.

Cant is a very strong word. I struggled with this myself. you have to go one step at a time and really open up. Going up to girls with their friends is like trying to jumpt o level 100 if you cant even do level 1. Trust me i learned the hard way. there are definitely ways to improve social skills as they really are just skills. if you have any questions fel free to ask or just dm me
